Refund & Returns Policy – Nooria Fashion

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact

Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

📦 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn products
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Discounted / clearance sale items (unless damaged)
  • Personal items (e.g., innerwear, if applicable)

💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent via mobile banking (bKash/Nagad)
  • For online payments, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for size issues or damaged products
  • Exchange is subject to product availability
  • Customers may need to pay delivery charges for exchanges (if applicable)

🚚 Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery
  2. Share your order ID and issue (with photo if damaged)
  3. Our team will confirm the return/exchange request
  4. Send the product back via our delivery partner or instructed method

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Nooria Fashion reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy conditions
