- All tags and packaging are intact
Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
📦 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn products
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Discounted / clearance sale items (unless damaged)
- Personal items (e.g., innerwear, if applicable)
💸 Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent via mobile banking (bKash/Nagad)
- For online payments, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–7 working days
🔁 Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges for size issues or damaged products
- Exchange is subject to product availability
- Customers may need to pay delivery charges for exchanges (if applicable)
🚚 Return Process
- Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery
- Share your order ID and issue (with photo if damaged)
- Our team will confirm the return/exchange request
- Send the product back via our delivery partner or instructed method
